Ours ?

Yesterdays determination unfaded, I phoned and (eventually) reserved the plot. An interesting and somewhat prolonged conversation with the Head Honcho about:

• rules and regulations (apparently none except those in the allotments act)
• how to pay the subs (cheques not accepted)
• how many families could be fed from 300 square yards

So now we're just waiting for confirmation that the plot is marked out and we can get cracking !

Time to start scavenging things .....
